Use of the app

JiaKe.app is provided to help you create framed screenshots and related export assets. You are responsible for the screenshots, logos, text, and other content you import, edit, export, or publish with the app.

License

Subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use JiaKe.app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use JiaKe.app to build a competing product except where applicable law permits it.

Purchases and refunds

Paid features are purchased through the App Store. Pricing, taxes, billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms and policies.

Your content

You keep ownership of your source screenshots, project files, logos, and exported images. You grant JiaKe.app the local permissions needed to process content you select in the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not use JiaKe.app to violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass paid feature checks, signing, or App Store purchase flows.
• Do not use the website or app in a way that disrupts service availability or security.

Warranty disclaimer

JiaKe.app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
