Overview

JiaKe.app is a macOS app for importing, framing, and exporting Garmin screenshots. The app is designed to process your screenshots and project files locally on your Mac.

Information we do not collect

JiaKe.app does not require an account, does not operate a user profile service, and does not upload your screenshots, local library contents, project files, or exported images to our servers as part of the normal app workflow.

Local files and device access

When you choose a local folder, import screenshots, or connect a device, JiaKe.app uses the permissions you grant to read the selected content and generate exports. These files stay under your control on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

Purchases

Pro unlocks are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process payment, receipt, refund, and purchase-related information under Apple's own privacy terms. JiaKe.app reads purchase entitlement status from Apple's systems to unlock paid features in the app.

Website data

The JiaKe.app website is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited request data such as IP address, browser metadata, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and provide operational logs.

Windows waitlist

If you join the Windows waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, your optional description of the Windows features or workflow you need, your page language, and an approximate country code supplied by our hosting provider. We use this information to measure demand, combine duplicate submissions, prioritize the Windows version, and conduct related product research. We do not include your email address or response in website analytics. Waitlist addresses are unverified, so we will not use them for release or marketing email unless we add an address-confirmation step and the address owner completes it.

We keep waitlist information while we evaluate the Windows version, or until you ask us to delete it. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at JiaKe@li2niu.com.

Usage events

The macOS app may send limited product events, such as app launch and successful project open events, to help us understand reliability and feature usage. These events may include an anonymous install identifier, session identifier, app version, macOS version, locale, architecture, and aggregate project counts such as page, layer, or asset count. JiaKe.app does not include project names, file paths, screenshots, project file contents, prompts, or exported images in these usage events.

Diagnostics

If you contact us for support, you may choose to send screenshots, logs, example files, or other details needed to investigate the issue. We use that information only to provide support and improve the product.
