Android Privacy Policy

Overview

The Android version of JiaKe.app helps you import, frame, and export Garmin screenshots on your Android device. The normal screenshot workflow is designed to run locally on your device.

Information we do not collect

The Android app does not require a JiaKe.app account, does not include advertising tracking, and does not upload your screenshots, imported files, exported images, or export settings to JiaKe.app servers as part of the normal app workflow.

Local files and exports

When you select files, import screenshots, or export an image, the app reads and writes the files needed for that action on your device. Imported screenshots may be stored in the app's private storage, and temporary export files may be placed in the app cache so Android can share them with another app when you choose the share action.

Garmin device access

If you connect a Garmin device by USB, the app may request Android USB permission so it can read screenshot files from the connected device. USB device information available through Android is used locally to find compatible Garmin or MTP devices and is not uploaded to JiaKe.app servers.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Paid features in the Android app are handled through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement data such as product identifiers, transaction or purchase tokens, app user identifiers generated for purchase management, device and app metadata, timestamps, IP address, and diagnostics needed to validate, restore, and maintain access to paid features.

Google Play may process payment, tax, refund, and account-related information under Google's own terms and privacy policies. JiaKe.app uses RevenueCat entitlement status to unlock paid features in the Android app.

Website data

When you visit this privacy policy or other JiaKe.app web pages, the website is served through Cloudflare and may use basic website measurement. Limited request data such as IP address, browser metadata, requested URL, timestamps, and security events may be processed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and understand page usage.

Diagnostics and support

If you contact us for support, you may choose to send screenshots, logs, example files, or other details needed to investigate the issue. We use that information only to provide support and improve the product.

If you open the in-app diagnostic log page and tap Upload, the app sends the diagnostic log text together with basic app version, distribution channel, Android version, device model, locale, and time zone metadata to JiaKe.app servers. Diagnostic log upload is user-initiated; the app does not automatically upload local diagnostic logs.

Data control

Screenshots and exports stored by the Android app remain on your device unless you choose to share them. You can delete imported screenshots in the app or remove the app's local data through Android system settings. Purchase records handled by Google Play and RevenueCat are retained according to their service requirements and policies.
