Android Terms of Use

Use of the Android app

The Android version of JiaKe.app is provided to help you import, frame, and export Garmin screenshots and related image assets on Android devices. You are responsible for the screenshots, logos, text, device images, and other content you import, edit, export, share, or publish with the app.

License

Subject to these terms and Google Play terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the Android app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use the Android app to build a competing product except where applicable law permits it.

Local files and device access

When you select files, import screenshots, connect a Garmin device, or export an image, you grant the app the local permissions needed to perform that action. This may include reading selected files, requesting Android USB permission for a connected Garmin or MTP device, storing imported screenshots in app storage, creating temporary export files, and sharing exports through the Android share sheet.

Purchases and refunds

Paid Android features are purchased through Google Play Billing. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, refunds, purchase disputes, and account-related payment matters are handled by Google under Google Play terms and policies.

JiaKe.app uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore purchases, and manage entitlement status for paid features. Unlocking paid features depends on a valid Google Play purchase and RevenueCat entitlement state.

Your content

You keep ownership of your source screenshots, imported files, custom text, and exported images. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Garmin marks, device images, screenshots, app content, logos, and other materials complies with applicable laws and any third-party rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Android app to violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass paid feature checks, Google Play Billing, or RevenueCat entitlement checks.
• Do not use the app or website in a way that disrupts service availability or security.
• Do not publish exported content that you do not have the right to use.

Third-party services

The Android app may rely on Android system services, Google Play, and RevenueCat for app distribution, purchases, restore flows, and entitlement validation. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Warranty disclaimer

The Android app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Garmin device, or suitable for every screenshot workflow.
